MENTORME PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM

Our mentor me program which started in 2020, has been assisting young inexperienced pharmacists (mentees) with insight, practical learning and personal development tools through our volunteers who are more experienced and sector specific experienced mentor pharmacists. We use a pairing system to match mentees to mentors. The program is 6 months long and can be renewed. Sign up as a mentor if you have 4 years or more under the following sectors:  Community  Industry  Public  Other 8. RA WORK PLACEMENT – 12 months Practical Experience Experience 9. MENTORME PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM Sign up as a mentee if you have 3 years or less of pharmacy experience (students included). Topics discussed include mentor-specialty, effective communication, personal development, and entrepreneurship.
